I developed the deli knife after my bread knife, although, I refined it just a bit in the handle giving it a 6 inch blade. It’s great for cutting bagels, english muffins and even tomatoes, for that beloved BLT summer sandwich. It’s great for dipping into the mayonnaise jar as well!
